Limited Warranty Program

What is Covered

Installation of New Garage Doors. For installation of a new garage door, this warranty covers defects in workmanship, for labor furnished by Golden Garage Door Services as part of installing the new garage door. The garage door manufacturer provides it own separate warranty to you for the door and its parts. This warranty does NOT cover the door or its parts.

Repairs. For repairs to an existing garage door, this warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including installation, for new or rebuilt parts and labor furnished by Golden Garage Door Services as part of the repair. Golden Garage Door Services will repair, or if repair is not possible, will replace any defective part or workmanship at no charge for materials or labor.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty begins when repairs or any installation are complete. This warranty cannot be transferred. For repairs to an existing garage door, the warranty continues for as long as the customer owns the repaired garage door. For a new garage door installation, the labor warranty continues for as long as the manufacturer's warranty continues on the garage door.

Partial Service Warranty. If this option is selected, the terms are consistent with the terms of the Limited Warranty, but lasting only for a 90-day period.

What Is Not Covered

Safety Eye/Sensor Eye call backs will not be covered by Warranty.

If anyone other than an authorized Golden Garage Door Services technician works on any new or repaired part covered by this warranty, then that part and the labor to repair or replace that part is no longer covered by this warranty. For new garage door installations, see the manufacturer's warranty for what is not covered under its warranty. This warranty does not cover any materials or workmanship provided by anyone other than authorized Golden Garage Door Services technicians issuing this warranty.

This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as damage or injury to a person or property because a garage door did not operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warrant does not cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, civil disturbance or Acts of God.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Non Refundable

Golden Garage Door Services, LLC will not refund any deposits that are made for the purchase of any materials for new installations. Any warranty that is voided do to someone other than an authorized Golden Garage Door, LLC Service technician will also be non refundable.
